20/20 Challenge

It's time to weigh in.

I hit my lowest weight in pretty much the last 12 months this week, but I have since come up a bit from there. I am still down 5 from my starting point. Yay, me!

How's it going for YOU?

I have been doing real well.. I started out the week of March 5th with a weight of 244... of course that was with my clothes on when I weighed in at Mayo... now I am down to 227... with out any clothes:D but I figure that means I have lost at least 13 lbs... so that would mean 7/20 -13... yippee.. I really like the diet I am using... so that helps... I am doing the diabetic diet as a weight management plan.. and it works for me...
