Half-staff

Yesterday I noticed several flags flying at half-mast. It is a sign of the times that my first thought was "who got bombed?". I looked up flag rules and regulations and as near as I can tell, the flags are still at half-mast in honor of former president Reagan. After the death of a president, former or current, the flags fly half-mast for 30 days. You learn something new every day, don't you?
