Poor Me

I woke up this morning with a pain in my throat.  (Before anyone starts suggesting apple cider vinegar, let me explain that this isn't like a normal "sore throat".  It is more like a lump sticking out into my throat from just under my left tonsil.  It hurts and I don't like it.  Blech.
