Release the Hounds

Or rather, the ladybugs. My poor little rose bush is getting one last chance before I cut it down to the basics. It is absolutely CRAWLING with aphids. I am hoping that the 100s of ladies in red that we released this evening will enjoy the feast so well that they stick around and finish the job.
